JANUARY/FEBRUARY 2026 - CSAPP RETIREMENT NOTICE:

As part of the State’s modernization of its Controlled Substances Monitoring Program (CSMP), all users will transition from the legacy CSAPP platform to the State’s new CSMP system, RxGov, the week of January 19th, 2026 with expected completion in early February 2026.

Users with active CSAPP accounts will have new RxGov accounts created for them automatically starting the week of January 19th, 2026. Information regarding accessing these new accounts will be emailed to the address on your CSAPP account, once your new RxGov account is ready for use. You will not need to register for a new RxGov account.

Update: 1/26/2026 New RxGov accounts for existing CSAPP users will continue to be created throughout the week of January 26. If you have not yet received an email with instructions for claiming your RxGov account, we ask that you remain patient as we are creating these accounts as quickly as possible.

New CSAPP account requests are no longer being approved as of January 21, 2026. Information will be shared soon regarding registering new accounts in RxGov.

Direct electronic reporting requires sFTP User account, separate and distinct from CSAPP website account used for viewing patient reports. For sFTP User account, select “sFTP User” after clicking the Register button.
